OUR APOLOGIES for any confusion.

Without warning, our previous webhost stopped hosting websites!

We are in the process of recreating our website with a local company.

Apologies for any confusion. Kulupi Press is very much alive and

accepting submissions for this year's contest.

GUIDELINES:

  1. Submit a manuscript of 16-24 pages of poetry with a strong sense of place, focusing on the natural world, culture, history, or personal experiences of a region. The theme will be broadly interpreted.
  2. This will be a blind judging: Do not include your name on the poems.
  3. Submissions must be postmarked by July 1, 2009.
  4. Submit one cover page clipped to the manuscript with title only, and a separate title page with name, address and e-mail.
  5. Manuscript should be paginated, secured with a clip and include contents and acknowledgements for previously published work (these and title page not included in 16-24 page count).
  6. Simultaneous submissions accepted, but you must notify us if your work is accepted elsewhere.
  7. Include a reading fee of $16 with your submission. Checks only, payable to “Kulupi Press.” Send to: Kulupi Press, 5082 Warm Springs Road, Glen Ellen, CA 95442.
